Terms & Conditions

All enrolments are subject to these terms and conditions. Occasionally our terms & conditions may be subject to change. Please remain updated throughout your course duration.

Course delivery method

Our courses are all delivered online within our LMS platform.

Course duration / completion period

Your enrolment is valid for a period of 12 months on all courses. This term commences from the date of enrolment. Any longer or shorter duration will be noted on the course page prior to enrolment.

We may provide a reminder email one month prior to your course expiry date.  No course extensions will be granted for any courses. Should you not complete your course in the given time frame, you will need to re-enrol and pay the course fee in full.

Course materials

Course material will be provided in your CPD Rise member dashboard upon payment of the course. The enrolment date is deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance that the course period has commenced. 

Assessments, results and certificates

Many of our courses offer self-paced online multiple choice assessments. You have five attempts to receive an 80% pass rate. Should you not successfully pass your course, you will be required to re-enrol at full fee. Upon successful completion of the assessment, many of the courses award continued professional development hours. You will also receive a certificate of completion. These records are held in your CPD Rise member area. Your awarded hours will automatically populate into your CPD annual statement.

Fees

Upon payment of full fee upfront, you will gain access to the course. There are strictly no payment arrangements on any of the courses. Should your enrolment period expire before you have the opportunity to successfully complete your course, re-enrolment and full payment will be required.

Refunds

No refunds are available on any course offered on the CPD Rise platform.

Transfers & Redemptions

Courses are not transferrable or redeemable.

We make every effort to keep your personal information stored safely. Only limited staff within the AAMC Training Group will have access to your records. This is to allow us to provide you access to that information or to destroy it upon your request.

Any conversations or queries through the help area of the CPD rise portal are also kept strictly private. Any feedback provided on courses or testimonials for our website it at your discretion.

AAMC Training record phone calls for training and quality purposes. If you do not wish your call to be recorded you can advise our staff member at the beginning of the phone call.

AAMC Training’s Privacy Policy is available at www.aamctraining.edu.au. The AAMC Training Group website provides it’s own privacy policy which also covers our Australian Qualification Courses delivered under the national AQF standards. Our organisation and people are governed by both policies.

Complaints

AAMC Training’s Complaints Policy is available at www.aamctraining.edu.au. The AAMC Training Group website provides it’s own Complaints Process covering our Australian Qualification Courses delivered under the National AQF Standards. Our organisation and people adhere to standards and processes set out in both policies.

Feedback and Reviews

We value your feedback. At the end of your course you will be invited to provide us with comments and ratings regarding your experience, please take us up on this offer!

*We will allow genuine comments and reviews only. We will not accept fake reviews, any comments that include vulgar language, any comments that are intended to hurt, threaten, discriminate or intimidate our staff, our website, or our brand. Any issues with course material or technical errors we would like to try and resolve quickly so that you will have a positive experience.
