CPD Rise website (“CPD Rise”) (“site”) is owned and operated (‘powered by”) AAMC Training Group Pty Ltd. (“AAMC”). AAMC is an Australian Registered Training Group (“RTO”) No 51428. To access the AAMC Privacy Policy go to https://aamctraining.edu.au/privacy.
CPD Rise has its own independent Privacy Policy due to the different nature of products and services offered and the way the two sites are operated and maintained. All reference to CPD Rise employees, Course Instructors, Contractor Instructors are managed by AAMC.
All references to Enterprise Group Leaders (“Group Leaders”) and Course or Group Instructors (“Instructors”) on the CPD Rise site can consist of, Enterprise Groups, Individual Instructor Partnerships, Companies, Businesses or third-party course instructors which are all referred to within our the Enterprise Agreement and Terms of Use and therefore must adhere to the same Privacy Policy herein.

(a) This Privacy Policy regulates the way in which CPD Rise collects, shares and discloses the information provided by its user’s (each, a “User”) on the website (“site”) https://cpdrise.com.au. This applies to the products and services offered, complaint handling, security and access to information held by CPD Rise. We respect your right to privacy, and we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users.
(b) “Personal information” is information we hold which is identifiable as being about you.
(c) CPD Rise adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in The Privacy Act 1988 (“Privacy Act”).
(d) CPD Rise receives and store personal information you enter onto our website, provided to us directly, or given to us in other forms such as through employers and/or industry groups and associations.
(e) The primary purpose of collecting your information is when you purchase a product or service from CPD Rise (“us, we”) or during a registration process as a user on the site, either as an individual or group member. You will be given an opportunity during these processes to read our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and asked to agree to the policies by ticking a box to indicate that you have read and understood the policy. Once you have ticked the box it is assumed by that you have read the policy and agree to it.
What information do we collect?
(a) You may provide basic information such as your name, phone number, address, and email address to enable us to send information, provide updates and process your product or service order. (b) CPD Rise shares information with the above groups and leaders for the purpose of group facilitated training and instructor managed courses within the site. When you register into a Group, you are agreeing to the group, providing management for their purposes of their compliance. Your group will provide a code to you so that your information can be partially managed by the Group Leaders or Group Instructors.
(c) Group Leaders or Instructors within the Group may access your progress reports for their compliance purposes. Enterprise Groups and Group Leaders may receive and store personal information you enter onto our website, provided to us directly, or given to us in other forms such as through employers and/or industry groups and associations.
Storage and Security of your personal information
(a) CPD Rise is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure.
(b) We use a Secured Socket Layer (“SSL”) on our website to protect any browser usage.
(c) The CPD Rise site is protected Wordfence premium security plugin. The site is backed up daily to the server which is hosted on a secure azure server.
(d) The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
