FAQ Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble connecting with CPD Rise, please follow these steps.
- Check if you’re connected to the internet.
- Clear your cache and cookies.
- Make sure you are using a supported browser and device.
To find the courses you’re enrolled in, go to your dashboard and click ‘My Courses’. You will see a list of courses. Click Expand All to view the status of each of your enrolments.
Course assessments are included within your course as an interactive assessment. You may find small assessments or activities throughout the course and also a full assessment will be available once you have marked your modules complete. Click on the blue button to start your assessment.
FAQ Accounts
To start enrolling in our courses, you will need to set up an account.
- At the top of CPD Rise website, click Log In.
- Then click on Register an Account.
- Complete the form and submit.
Once your account is successfully set up, you can edit your account profile within your dashboard.
You can access the CPD Rise website on any computer devices, like tablets and smartphones

Our platform supports the most recent versions of the following web browsers.

- Microsoft Edge
If you’re already logged in to your account, you can simply change your password on your profile settings.
If you forgot your password, you could reset it by following this process:
- At the top of CPD Rise website, click Log In and then click ‘Reset Password’.
- Enter the email address you use with your CPD Rise account.
- We’ll send you an email to reset your password. If you don’t receive an email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
