Diversity, equity and inclusion as a term may be new but diversity is a concept that has been around for centuries.
It’s not just about the RAW diversity between different races, but also Includes women and people with disabilities who have traditionally lacked representation in society at large or even within their own communities – until now!
What truly matters though?
Equity among individuals; giving everyone an equal opportunity no matter who they are- this includes both men and women.
Improving diversity, equity and inclusion is beneficial because it helps create a society where everyone has equal opportunities. This can be achieved by bringing together different people with unique perspectives or ideas who share an interest in building stronger bonds between themselves as well as their organisation’s success
The benefits of having policies that promote DEI are numerous: increased productivity from diverse backgrounds working alongside each other; improved customer service provided through interaction among various clientele groups–allowing to identify customer needs better than ever before!
This course aims to help participants understand and address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion, while giving participants the opportunity to challenge their views and opinions. Through this engaging, interactive course, we hope to help open dialogue with real world examples of behaviours and beliefs.
