The Finance Brokers Association of Australia Limited (FBAA) Code of Practice is intended to promote good relations between FBAA Finance Broker members, their clients, credit providers and others involved in the finance industry.

The FBAA Code of Conduct covers 10 principles and objectives to ensure that members provide good standards of practice that are imperative to act ethically and responsibly when dealing with clients.

Dealing with the customer in the interest of the customer.

It shows that the broker always acts in the best interest of clients. Deal with professional behavior. This practice teaches us to maintain client privacy and confidentiality.

Re-wording the answer to a question.

Hi Please revisit the question 6 of the FBAA Code of Conduct - Assessment 1. One of the answers to the response is "look after his own interests." that should be re-worded to his/her. Whereas one of the other responses to the same answer is "obtain his/her commissions quickly". Thank you
